Legal owner or entity name

Enter the exact legal name that should appear as the “Owner” on the Management Agreement. If the property is owned by an LLC, trust, corporation or other entity, enter the full legal entity name.

The property management agreement should be signed by the legal owner of the property or by someone with authority to sign on behalf of the legal owner.

For individually owned properties, this may include all owners on title. For LLCs, trusts, corporations, or other entities, this may include an authorized member, manager, trustee, officer, or other authorized signer.
